what's new in the rabbitshouse

das baby ist da!
(eigentlich ist es schon länger da, aber... wegen meiner anachronistischen arbeitsweise und zeitmangel hat es etwas gedauert bis ich darüber berichte.)
und das baby hat keine hasenohren.


und noch - die neue bettwäsche ist da! (dank meiner schwester, die auf ihr eigenes baby wartend, diese wunderbaren, filigranen sachen fürs hasenhaushalt genäht hat)

außerdem haben die hasen eine neue tischdecke, und - eine neue einrichtung (aber die wird im hasenhaus sowieso sehr oft gewechselt).

SUMMARY: the newborn (without rabbits ears) has arrived already some time ago. and i hadn't shown the new bedclothes until now (made by my sister whilst awaiting a baby herself).
the interior has changed a bit too - but that's quite often at the rabbits';)

"name it" "istaba"

noch ein schönes mitbringsel aus riga war ein hellblaues t-shirt mit einem kleinen stern als aufdruck - gefunden in der gallerie istaba ("zimmer").
es bildet einen schönen kontrapunkt zu anabels rotem name it kleid. (anabels handgefertigtes täschchen kommt ebenfalls aus riga, aber schon älter.)

- kleine schwestern, die spinnen manchmal...

- aber wir haben uns trotzdem lieb :)

SUMMARY: another cute bring-along from riga was a sky blue t-shirt from the gallery istaba. a nice contrast to anabels red dress from the danish label name it. anabels aquamarine blue handmade handbag is from riga too, already featured in some of the previous posts.

what inspires me

the newest catalogue of the danish fashion label selected is my current inspiration.
not so much the clothes though (sorry), but the idea ("fake" newspaper), the layout, the photographie...
(besides, this time i find the male model and the male fashion much better as the female one)

home office

too busy (and lazy) for writing at the moment, just some pictures from our home office - possibly part of a bookproject i'm working on..

no no this post won't be about my exhibition at the lawyers'...
i have to stay true to the concept of my blog;)
i just like the atmosphere in these pics - the end of a long day, going home.. a lingering glimpse over the shoulder...
and the interior of the meeting room is quite nice, so let's label it as "interior".

herb teas

das waren eine der besten mitbringsel aus lettland dieses jahr: selbstgesammelte und -getrocknete kräutertees in selbsterfundenen verpackungen, - ein geschenk meiner schwester.


eine tüte aus braunem papier, zwei mal lochen, eine baumwollschnur durch, knoten, fertig. mit buntstift den inhalt beschreiben. rustikale einfachheit. schön.




SUMMARY: these were one of the best bring-alongs from latvia last sommer: self-gathered herbal teas, a gift from my sister.
i love the packaging.

vielen dank euch allen für die guten wünsche, genauso wie allen, die gekommen waren (falls ihr das hier lest)! ich habe mich über jeden einzelnen gefreut; schade nur, dass es nicht möglich war mit dem einen oder anderen mich länger zu unterhalten - wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte.. aber so sind vernissagen bekanntlich - ein bißschin chaotisch, besonders am anfang..
