polaroids at designer zoo

what a pleasure to be welcomed back so warmly to this beautiful boutique - designer zoo (i posted about it here after my last visit half a year ago) which is representing the best of the danish contemporary design, and is run by a collective of eight artists-designers.
my polaroids will be exhibited there until at least the 18th of june, possibly even longer. welcome!

by the way, i'm still looking for somebody who would love to drive me and my pictures back home from copenhagen to berlin after the end of the show! anybody?.... please contact me if you have an idea: ieva(at)jansone-photo.de

and here some snapshots from the hanging of the exposition:

living intensely. until it hurts.
it's all worth it anyway.

... exhibition this year:

i'm taking part in the biggest annual art show of the reagion

luxuscomputer

simple things (luxuscomputer)

fotografie (pigmentdruck K3 ultrachrome, acrylglas), apple i-book G4, prepariert, stoffbezogene wäscheknöpfe.

next exhibition

this year i was invited to take part in the annual exhibition "das kleine format" of the artist assotiation "ecke",  in one of the most beautiful galleries in augsburg - yey!
i'll be presenting something completely new in my creative biography - my first 3-dimensional object :)
wellcome to the opening on the 18th of november!
(for those who are not able to come i'll post my new work later on.)

grundlos glücklich

it happened last saturday in berlin neukölln, at the coaching culture gallery  - i took part in a performance (!), the first time in my life :)
"grundlos glücklich" ("happy without a cause") - allround improvisation in different genres: "authomatic writing" by indre zetzsche and boris duhm (communicating via cell phone and projecting the spontaneously created texts on the wall), music, sound effects, acting by ginalori and silke gottschalk alias gottschalk*berlin.
my part was to take photoes and project them simultaneously on the wall. until the day before the event i still didn't know whether it is possible at all, and if yes than - how. now i know.
and - now i know - i want more :)

designer zoo...

... is a design store in versterbro, copenhagen, based on a community of eight designers, most of them working inhouse. a very inspiring concept, and really good design (who is surprised - it's denmark ;)).
i was thankful for being allowed to practice and sneak around with my camera and tripod.
